• Preparation and serving of Party Wall Notices and counter notices on behalf of Building Owners and Adjoining Owners.
• Accepting appointments under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 on behalf of the Building Owner or Adjoining Owner or as Agreed Surveyor.
• Preparation of a requisite Party Wall Award
• Preparation of a Schedule of Condition and Photographic Record prior to commencement of notifiable work.
• Providing advice on related neighbourly matters.
• Negotiation and production of Access Licenses/Agreements, Scaffold Licenses/Agreements, Crane Oversail Agreements etc.
